The Construction and Facilities Department is responsible for the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of all organizational buildings and infrastructure. Our services are designed to ensure safe, functional, and sustainable environments for employees, visitors, and the community.

Project management from design to completion. Coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors. Budgeting, permitting, and compliance oversight

Space reconfigurations for evolving needs. Interior and exterior upgrades.

Routine building inspections and repairs. Preventive maintenance programs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Emergency repair services.

Building income-based houses for qualified EBCI elders.

Home Improvement Program (HIP)
The Club operates the Home Improvement Program (HIP) that provides affordable housing for qualified low-income members of the EBCI. We construct the quality homes from the ground up with our specialized construction teams.

Plumbing and electrical can be a headache when remodeling or doing rehab. We can do minor plumbing and electrical repairs on homes. With the many years of experience in both fields, we can offer affordable work done to your home.
